Please email Ms. Rybolt if you have technology issues

To get timely help, be very specific in your email to Ms. Rybolt, including as much information as you can.

What time did the problem occur?

What course were you in? Who is the teacher of that course?

What module were you in?

What specific page were you in within that module?

What URL is at the top of the page you were on when you encountered the problem? (Copy and paste the URL in your email to Ms. Rybolt or Ms. Fritsch.)

What were you doing when you had the issue? Describe as many details as possible.

Take a screenshot of the error message or problem that you are seeing. Include that screenshot with your email to Ms. Rybolt or Ms. Fritsch. 

If the technology lets you down when you are taking a quiz or completing work that is due momentarily, always let your teacher know immediately that you have run into a problem. Don't send an email hours or days later saying I couldn't do the work because I had computer issues. Contact the teacher and Ms. Rybolt/Ms. Fritsch right away when you are having a problem.

Please note: Technology issues will not be accepted as a reason for turning in a late assignment. Spartan Online School students should plan on submitting their assignments well before the 11:59 p.m. Friday deadlines, so that they have time to contact their teacher and Ms. Rybolt to resolve the issue. All late work will receive a 25% deduction.
